Anodyne

Anodyne® Infrared Therapy Systems are medical devices that are indicated to increase circulation and reduce pain, stiffness, and muscle spasm. It was the first infrared light therapy product cleared by the FDA in 1994. Pain relief may be due to a combination of topical heat and an increased local release of nitric oxide that has been reported using the wavelength 890nm. Circulation increases have also been measured by a laser doppler after a 30 minute treatment. Anodyne is used to effectively treat Neuropathy of all origins.
